Meet The Chef

I was born in 1971 in Istanbul. My culinary skills developed with the tastes of the Cretan cuisine, which belonged to our grandfather's land, were met with the richness of Albanian cuisine when I got married.
 
My curiosity about cooking and my researcher spirit made me develop myself. Among the many professional kitchen trainings I have received, I believe that ÖzyeÄŸin University \Le Cordon Bleu Culinary Education and Ä°stanbul BüyükÅŸehir Municipality\Ottoman Palace Cuisine education enriched my profession.

The Ottomans whose amazing history of lives have always impressed me and my field of cooking with its sultans, victories and glorious lifestyles.

My goal is to bring together the most special recipes I have chosen in order not to forget the delicious flavors cooked in the Ottoman palace kitchens.

Remember that hands moving with love and desire will alwas create a feast of flavor!
